Book Club Meets Thursday

Please plan to join us at noon this Thursday, October 27th, as our Book Club discusses The Madonnas of Leningrad by Debra Dean. This book will be next spring's "If All of Rochester Read the Same Book..." selection, so you'll be able to get a head start on those discussions.

Volunteers Needed

The Friends of the Sodus Community Library are getting ready for their biggest fundraiser of the year, the November Used Book Sale. There are still open time slots for sorting, setup, and selling. Work starts next week, and the sale will run from November 3rd through the 6th. Please contact us if you can help.

Books-Sandwiched-In Tuesday

Call now to reserve your spot for next week's Books-Sandwiched-In. Jean Seymour, our favorite book reviewer, will be discussing Nothing Daunted: The Unexpected Education of Two Society Girls in the West by Dorothy Wickenden. The luncheon starts at noon on Tuesday, October 18th; a donation of $3 covers your sandwich, beverage, and dessert. I hope to see you there!
