Monday Closing

The Sodus Community Library will be closed Monday, January 20, in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.  You will still be able to access your OWWL account, our catalog, and OWWL2go downloadables.

Library Board Meets Thursday

The Sodus Community Library Board of Trustees' monthly meeting will be held at 4 p.m. this Thursday, January 9th.  Board meetings are open to the public.

Weather Closing

For the safety of our staff and all of you, the Sodus Community Library will be closed on Tuesday, January 7th, due to extremely low temperatures.  Please stay inside unless you absolutely have to get out.  You will still be able to access your OWWL account, our catalog, and the OWWL2go downloadable eBooks and audiobooks.  Reminder:  when the Sodus Central School District closes due to weather conditions, we are also closed.

Not Opening Friday

We will not be opening today - Friday, January 3rd - because of continued hazardous road conditions (and staff sick and/or snowed in).  We are sorry for the inconvenience.  Stay in if you can, and enjoy an extra fine-free day.  We'll dig out and plan to see you tomorrow.

Weather Closing

We are closed due to the blizzard.  No overdue fines will be charged today.  Please stay in where it's safe and warm.  If you still have a commute ahead of you, please be careful - the roads are filled with snow and visibility is poor.
