Sunday Fun Day

Attention, teens (7th grade and up):  this Sunday, February 22nd, is your Fun Day.  Join Miss Roxanne from 2-4 for a movie, games, snacks, crafts, and activities.

Family Night = Movie Night

Tonight's Family Night will be a family movie.  Hope you've not had a terrible horrible no good very bad day, and that you'll be able to join us at 6:30!

Valentine Chocolate Sale!

This is the view from my office this morning, and there are two more tables full in the hall!  The roads are clear, and the chocolate sale is in full swing until 7 p.m.  Put a trip to the library on your to-do list today!

Valentine Chocolate Sale Starts Thursday

Shop our Friends' annual Valentine Chocolate Sale from 10-7 on Thursday, February 12th, and 10-4 on Friday, February 13th.  You definitely don't want to miss this one!

Library Board Meets Thursday

The monthly meeting of the Sodus Community Library Board of Trustees will be held at 4 p.m. this Thursday, February 12th.  Board meetings are open to the public.

Take Your Child to the Library Day

 Come and see us on Saturday morning (February 7th) for Take Your Child to the Library Day! We'll be making puppets to try out in our new puppet theatre! There will also be read-alouds, a book raffle and you can sign your child up for a library card.

 Sneezes and coughs are everywhere, spreading flu and cold germs on all of us. Library Closed Monday

The Sodus Community Library is closed today, Monday, February 2nd, due to unsafe conditions caused by the winter storm. If you have something due today, we will add an extra day to your check-out time; please do not get out to return items until the roads are safe to travel. You can, of course, always access your OWWL account to renew your materials or leave a message on our answering machine, if you prefer.  Our catalog and OWWL2go downloadable eBooks and audiobooks are always available.
