The 2007 3 Apples Book Award goes to Charlotte's Web, written by E. B. White, and illustrated by Garth Williams.This New York State Children's Choice Award will be co-sponsored annually by the Youth Services and School Library Media Sections of the New York Library Association. Nominations for the 2008 awards - a second category is being added for teens - will begin on March 1, 2007.
If you've never read Charlotte's Web, be sure to add it to your list of "Must Reads." You're never too old to read a great children's book!
