Ask Us 24/7, an online virtual reference service run through Question Point and through the guidance of the Western New York Library Resources Council (WNYLRC), is now linked in the right-hand column of this site. Individual public librarians from all of the different chat organizations work in conjunction with paid Question Point librarians to provide 24 hour reference coverage 7 days a week.To use this service, click on the link and enter your question in the box provided. A librarian will be with you shortly; approximate wait time is 1-2 minutes. Note: You will not necessarily be chatting with anyone local, or even from this part of the state.
